No when you get equate two equation and you get 0 = 0 that means it is a true statement which means there is a solution. When using two equations of a line such as 2x+8y=6 and -5x-20y=-15 these two would equate to 0 because they represent the same line. This means that all solutions are possible

Elise built a large rectangular vegetable garden that is 9 meters long and has an area of 72 square meters.
taurus [48]

Answer: 34 meters.

Step-by-step explanation;

Step One. Find the value of the width. Use an equation with w representing the width and the two values you already have. 9 meters x w = 72 square meters.

Step Two. Solve for width. This is w = 8.

Step Three. Use the value for width in a perimeter formula to calculate the perimeter; 9(2) + 8(2). This is 34 meters for perimeter.

David goes into a candy store with $5.00. he buys 9 peppermints for $0.15 each, and some sour candies. each sour candy costs $0.
ANEK [815]
Step one. $5.00 - 9 peppermints
= $5.00 - $1.35
= $3.65
Step two. Figure out how many 25 cents are in $3.65.
$3.65 divided by .25
= 14.6 So David can buy 14 sour candies.
