Add both sides by 4,
2x + 7x/3 = 11/2 + 4

Take LCM on both sides,
6x+7x / 3 = 11+8 / 2
13x / 3 = 19/2

Now, Cross-Multiply them:
2(13x) = 3(19)
26x = 57
x = 57/26

In short, Your Answer would be 57/26
