The primary goal of the 2003 Iraq invasion was to create a stable Iraq, characterized by intact territorial integrity and a broadly based government that renounces WMD development and which doesn't support terrorism of threatening its neighbors.
The invasion was dubbed as Operation Iraqi Freedom with troops from the United States, United Kingdom, Poland and Australia.  The coalition aimed at disarming Iraqi of weapons of mass destruction, end Saddam Hussein support for terrorism and to free the Iraqi people.

Well he is basically letting serial killers go off onto the streets and into everyday peoples lives. They will involve themselves with people and eventually kill or cause harm to people again. They wont learn from there mistakes if they dont get punished for them.
