Judy will have earned less money even if Skip still decides to sell the car. This is due to depreciation - the value of the car decreases as time progresses. Skip forgetting to sell the car caused the car's value to decrease further, making it less profitable as time goes by.

Judy left her car unsold, and her cousin also didn't sell the car in her absence, so it is like leaving an asset to depreciate. As the car is an asset and assets depreciate with the passage of time, so Judy asset value will decrease in two year period. Now if she comes back and sells her car after two years, the value of the car is definitely won't be the same as it could be two years ago. Depreciation value will add up and the car's value will decrease.

Tatiana [17]

The function that serves as an intermediary between an organization shipping a product and the actual carrier is Customer Broker.

What is Custom brokers?

 • Custom brokers , also known as customs house brokers, are roles that may be held by or linked to customs brokerage firms, independent companies, shipping lines, importers, exporters, independent businesses, and freight forwarders.
 • Those who hold a license as a customs broker are not considered to be "customs officials" by the government (in other countries the two terms may be interchangeable). The tariff schedule, a list of duty rates for imported goods, CATAIR, the legal and administrative requirements controlling importations, and other trade-related issues must all be known to customs brokers.
 • For instance, a customs broker can be required to inform an importer of the country-specific marking requirements or complete the paperwork for a consignment of clothes that is subject to quotas and visa restrictions.
 • It is possible to prevent delays, item seizures, and fines and penalties that may be imposed against the importer and/or broker by being aware of the criteria for each type of import.

Answer:

the lease asset is $723,943

Explanation:

The computation of the lease asset is shown below;

= ($170,000 - $25,000) × 4.99271

alexandr402 [8]

Answer:

A) Prepaying the debt would cause the firm's debt-to-equity ratio to improve from .62 to .50.

Explanation:

The computation of the impact is as follows:

The Debt equity ratio is

= Total liabilities ÷ total equity

Now

Debt equity prior to payment is

= $16,000,000 ÷ $26,000,000

= 0.62

And,

Debt equity after payment is

= $13,000,000 ÷ $26,000,000

= 0.50

So here as we can see that the debt equity would be improved from 0.62 to 0.50

Therefore the correct option is a.
