Answer:

His friendly disposition is not consistent across situations

Explanation:

Behnam behaves so because the kind of friends that he has does not fit in his wish to be friends list. They are, therefore, the friends who tend to abandon him when he needs their help.

Thus this is the reason why it is difficult for him to keep such friends. Behnam needs friends who will understand him and be available in difficult situations when he needs their help not those who will run and leaving him intimidated.

The correct option is (d) his friendly disposition is not consistent across a situation.

Further explanation:

Behnam’s friendliness is only visible or present when he is at school. His friendliness is different at home than when he is at school. Behnam behaves differently at home because of the type of friends he has, might not fit into his friend list.

INCONSISTENCY IN AN INDIVIDUAL’S FRIENDLY DISPOSITION

The reason behind inconsistency in a friendly disposition across a situation is because it might be possible that Behnam’s friends are among those friends who don’t support him when he needs them.

Behnam needs those friends who can help him when he is in some he difficulty not just when they need him. He needs those friends who can stand with them in his difficult times and don’t leave him. The reason behind this behavior is the people around him.

In this way, it cannot be said that Behnam is a friendly person because there is inconsistency in his friendly disposition.

Did Richard Nixon believe in small government or big government? Explain why
babunello [35]

Answer: Richard Nixon believe in a smaller but efficient government.

Explanation: I think because he wanted people to have power again. His goal was to empower local governments to deliver local services, but in doing so he made them even more beholden to the federal purse. Under Nixon, domestic spending grew from a little more than 10% of GDP to almost 14%.
