A male customer of a sports bar has taken a particular liking to one of the waitresses, and always asks to be seated at her stat

ion, so that she will wait on him. he has spoken to the manager of the bar, and generously tipped him to insure that he will get her station. but the waitress does not want to wait on the customer, because he grabs and pinches her rear, tries to tuck money down her top, and frequently pulls her down onto his lap. she asks the bar manager not to let him sit at her station any more, but the manager tells her it’s good money (he does tip her well), and she should be nice to him. if she files suit for harassment, what will the court most likely rule?

Well if it gets to court, the judge will rule in her favor. However one pitfall is that she is accepting his tips. She should stop accepting tips from him. My bet is that a settlement will be offered and she will accept it and she will get another job.

Stories Company purchased equipment and these costs were incurred:Cash price $22,500Sales taxes 1,800Insurance during transit 32
Harrizon [31]

Answer:

d. $25,050.

Explanation:

The computation of the acquisition cost is shown below:

= Cash price of equipment + sales tax + Insurance during transit + Installation and testing

= $22,500 + $1,800 + $320 + $430

= $25,050

To find out the acquisition cost, we have to consider all that cost which is related to the purchase of equipment. Since, all the costs are related, so we have to take all costs which are mentioned in the question.

What is a caterer what is his job
Oksi-84 [34.3K]
A caterer is someone who arranges the delivery, preparation and presentation of food for clients. If you've ever attended a bridal shower, fund raiser, rehearsal dinner, wedding reception or a bar mitzvah that had beautifully prepared and presented food, chances are that event was catered.

A team member had an affair with the team
mr_godi [17]

Answer:

Intervene and implement anti-fraternization policies if that's possible and legal. Motivate your team and improve communication as soon as

Explanation:

Before things get out of hand actions must be taken and it should be made clear favoritism is not allowed in the organization.

It would also be helpful if the team leader and team members were put into different teams as then the other members will not feel any sort of unbiased behavior towards themselves.

Please take into consideration the feelings of the involved parties as well. It's hard for people to do their best when they are unhappy or unmotivated.

Make sure to motivate your team as much as you can. A well-motivated team is a key to success. Listen to What People Are Not Saying, give Positive Feedback.  Disagree without being disagreeable.

It would be be awkward for the team to freely communicate as before so please try to be an icebreaker. Let them know they are here for a common goal and they need each other to excel at it.

Suppose two cities are considering tearing down their stadiums to build new ones. In one city, the old stadium cost $5 million t
timofeeve [1]

Answer:

These are the options for the question:

A. They should be more willing to tear down the $5 million stadium, because it cost less to build.

B. They should be more willing to tear down the $50 million stadium, because it cost more to build.

C. The cost to build the old stadium shouldn’t be considered.

And this is the correct answer:

A. They should be more willing to tear down the $5 million stadium, because it cost less to build.

Explanation:

City A will likely be more willing to tear down its old stadium because it costed $5 million to build. City B, on the other hand, will have to think twice because a stadium that costed $50 billion to build could have more value than it seems, or the City could simply not have enough money to build a better new stadium (something that would probably cost more than $50 billion to do).
