Answer:

a.  Producers, consumers, and decomposers will be affected.

Explanation:

All the living beings, irrespective of their nutritional category, require water for survival. Water helps in digestion of food, serves as a medium for metabolic activities as well as maintain the body temperature.

Producers need water for photosynthesis and other vital life processes; consumers also need water for digestion and other metabolic processes. The process of decomposition requires the presence of moisture. Hence, water scarcity would affect all types of biotic components (Producers, consumers, and decomposers) of the ecosystem.

B, for sure. Producers, Like grass and Flowers need water to make food. Consumers, like Cats, Snakes and Boars need water to drink so our internal systems will function properly.
Im not sure if decomposers need water, but if there is less water then more animals die and they get food. so, not sure about that one.

Anna [14]

Answer:

74%

Explanation:

The frequency in such cases (diallelic cases) is estimated by following formula which is attached in the image:

So as per our question, the frequency of the "R allele" as per data given below will be as under:

58 red-phase (RR)

32 cross-phase (RS)

10 black/silver-phase (SS) foxes

Total plants = 58 + 32 + 10 = 100

f(R) = 58 x 2 + 32/ 2 (58+32+10)

    = 116 + 32 / 200

     = 148/200

     = 0.74 i.e. 74%

Taxonomy- the classification of something, especially organisms.

Classify- arrange (a group of people or things) in classes or categories according to shared qualities or characteristics.

Binomial nomenclature- the scientific way to name living things with a two part generic (genus) and specific (species) name.

Kingdom- a country, state, or territory ruled by a king or queen.

Species- a group of living organisms consisting of similar individuals capable of exchanging genes or interbreeding. The species is the principal natural taxonomic unit, ranking below a genus and denoted by a Latin binomial, e.g. Homo sapiens.

Prokaryote- a microscopic single-celled organism which has neither a distinct nucleus with a membrane nor other specialized organelles, including the bacteria and cyanobacteria.

Eukaryote- an organism consisting of a cell or cells in which the genetic material is DNA in the form of chromosomes contained within a distinct nucleus. Eukaryotes include all living organisms other than the eubacteria and archaea.

Heterotroph- an organism deriving its nutritional requirements from complex organic substances.

Autotroph- an organism that is able to form nutritional organic substances from simple inorganic substances such as carbon dioxide.

Unicellular- having or consisting of a single cell.

Multicellular- composed of several or many cells.
