Is there answer choices? If not, then here is my written response:

In peer groups, socialization can either be hard, or easy, depending on the person, and who they are around. In a family, it is the same. Different outcomes come from each, along with different ways and lessons people learn.

Why is it important for us, as Americans, to study and understand Iran's history and its people?
andre [41]
It is important because it helps us decide how to act in the future. If we understand their people, we can work with them and make intelligent deals with them. If we understand their history, we can make better choices with how to move forward, since we’ve seen how they act in different situations.

Nataly [62]

Answer:

a buyer in the ordinary course of business

Explanation:

The answer is --

a buyer in the ordinary course of business

Since Dan was unaware of the necklace and he buys the necklace from the Necklace Nook to gift it to Megan, his wife, thus Dan becomes a normal buyer in the ordinary course of business who purchases the item from a shop.

Krista can sue Necklace Nook for the fraud but can not file any charges against Dan because he is an innocent buyer of the item. He is not guilty but a normal buyer in the business.

Thus the answer is --

a buyer in the ordinary course of business
