The Frame of Government also proclaimed that capital punishment was to be given to those who had committed murder and crimes within that scope. Then in 1775 Pennsylvania was governed as a Proprietary Colony.Though this political view did not last forever, the time of prosperity under these laws was great. The United States Constitution is the supreme law of the United States of America. The Constitution, originally comprising seven articles, delineates the national frame of government, and it is mainly influenced by Philadelphia's form of government.
