Answer:

Option A

Explanation:

Earlier it was believed that the human teeth especially the canines were a distinguishing factor for determining whether as species belongs to the family of humans or not. But only apes used to have such teeth but not the hominids and hence later on bipedalism (upright walking on rear limb) was considered as distinguishing factor.

However, it was later recovered that certain other characteristics such as larger brains, behavioral characteristics etc, also distinguished hominins from other primates

Hence, there exists no agreed upon phylogeny for early hominins but general patterns of early hominin evolution can be understood.

Option A is correct

Subduction zones are found under which kind of plate
kvv77 [185]
High rates of volcanism, earthquakes, and mountain building are the sites of subduction zones. They occur in convergent boundaries found in tectonic plates of both oceanic and continental crusts. Subduction zones occur when one tectonic plate moves under another tectonic plate, sinking into the mantle as the plates converge again.

Regions that are within subduction zones experience an average rate of convergence of 2-8 centimeters per year. They are subject to many earthquakes because of the collisions that occur within the tectonic plates.

 • Carrot cuts set in freshwater for a few hours gets turgid (firm). From this, we can conclude that such as.
 1. Freshwater is hypertonic and the salt arrangement is hypotonic to the cells of the carrot cuts.
 2. Freshwater and salt arrangement are both hypotonic to the cells of the carrot cuts.
 3. Freshwater is isotonic and the salt arrangement is hypertonic to the cells of the carrot cuts.
 4. Freshwater is hypotonic and the salt arrangement is hypertonic to the cells of the carrot cuts.
 5. Freshwater and the salt arrangement are both hypertonic to the cells of the carrot cuts.
