American journalist Edgar Snow was known by his articles and opinions related to the Communist Revolution in Asia; later on his career he went to India to meet independent activist Jawaharlal Nehru, a central figure in India who became Prime Minister around India's independence era, Snow was recommended by American journalist Agnes Smedley.
