Well, yeast infections are caused by a fungus called Candida Albicans. I don't think girls are born with this fungus. Although, there is vaginal yeast infection. And a little amount of yeast lives in the vagina. So for vaginal yeast infection, i think YES, but for normal yeast infections, i think NO. Hope i helped.
