For a procedure that enters the ocular orbit, draping is completed by covering the head with a double-thickness half sheet and two towels or appropriate disposable head drapes. Then placed an eye sheet to the operative site using a fenestrated eye sheet that measures 14 inches square, with a center opening of 2 1/2 x 3 inches or by using adhesive backed aperture drape that extends over the body.
