Over the weekend, Brady and Jack drove to Key West to go scuba diving. Novw they're preparing to go home. Brady needs gas for hi

s jeep, which gets 21 miles per gallon for gas mileage. When he stops at the gas station, he already has 5 gallons of gas in his tank. he buys more gas for $1.40 per gallon

So I don’t know how many gallons Brady Jeep can hold but on average it would be between 18-20 gallons (according to google) so let’s go with 18. I also don’t know how many miles brandy is driving but 5 gallons (of gas) is 105 miles and 5 gallons (of gas) is $7. Let’s say he needed a full tank. 18 gallons of gas is 378 miles total. Since he already has 5 gallons, he would need to pay $18.02 to fill his tank up completely. Not sure what the question is asking but there you go.

Sales fall from 300 per week to 270 per week what’s the percentage change
weeeeeb [17]
Hi there!

Your question:

Sales fall from 300 per week to 270 per week what's the percentage change?

My answer:

The formula for calculating percent change is as follows:

[(y2 - y1)/y1]*100=your percent change

y2= first value
y1=second value

Plug the numbers in:

[(300-270)/300]*100

[30/300]*100

0.1*100

10

Therefore, the percent change is 10%

Hope this helps! Let me know if it's incorrect so I can fix it:)

How do I solve 34-5x+2(x-2)=15
LenKa [72]
34-5x+2(x-2)=15      1st get rid of () by distributing the 2.
34-5x+2x-4=15         Now collect like terms.
30-3x=15                  Get -3x by itself by subtracting 30 in both sides.
-3x=-15                     You want X by itself so divide by -3 on both sides.
x=5

What is the mass (in grams) of 8.11×1026 CO2 molecules?
Kobotan [32]

Answer:

<u>It</u><u> </u><u>is</u><u> </u><u>5</u><u>9</u><u>,</u><u>2</u><u>7</u><u>5</u><u>.</u><u>7</u><u>4</u><u> </u><u>grams</u>

Step-by-step explanation:

• Molecular mass of carbon dioxide

= (12 \times 1) + (16 \times 2) \\  = 12 + 32 \\  = 44 \: g

[ molar masses: C = 12 g, O = 16 g ]

• From avogadro's number, it says 1 mole contains 6.02 × 10^23 molecules or atoms.

But 1 mole is equivalent to its molar mass in terms of weight, therefore;

{ \sf{6.02 \times  {10}^{23}  \: molecules = 44 \: g }}\\  { \sf{8.11 \times  {10}^{26}  \: molecules =( \frac{8.11 \times  {10}^{26} }{6.02 \times  {10}^{23} }   \times 44) \: g}} \\  \\  = { \boxed{ \boxed{ \bf{59275.7 \:  \: g}}}}
