But, when you are short tempered, you have trouble keeping your anger down. This is when you have a "short fuse" they like to say. Now these may look similar, but they are much different. The only common thing is you get angry, or upset real easy. The causes are much different. However, you can prevent one, irritable, by getting the right sleep, and eating a balanced meals!
