Influence by peer group come from the people that had a similar social status than you and you've spent a lot of time with.  Influence by peer group is regarded as one of the strongest source of influence in people's life since people are social being that constantly crave the acceptance of the people that we valued.

People with high emotional stability would tend to remain balanced and stable regardless of the situation that they face. Compared to other people in general, people with this trait tend to be the most suitable in leadership positions because they can remain calm and seek for appropriate solutions when problem arise.
