Ok so we know that the student scored 86%, but missed 33 problems. That means those 33 problems were worth 14% of the total mark, as the would've scored 100% if they scored those as well.

This means that one percent is equivalent to
\frac{33}{14} questions
Which is about 2.357 questions.
Therefore all the questions (which is 100%) is
\frac{33}{14}  \times 100
Which is 235.71 questions, rounded up to 236 questions.
So there were 236 problems in the test
Hope this helped

The silver town people went to a fancy restaruant after the big event.Grammy gave the server a $15 tip.If the tip was 20 percent
LUCKY_DIMON [66]

Answer:

$75.

Step-by-step explanation:

We have been given that Grammy gave the server a $15 tip. The tip was 20% of the cost of dinner.

Let x be the cost of Grammy's dinner. We need to find x such that 20% of x equals to 15. We can represent this information as:

\frac{20}{100}x=15

0.20 x=15

x=\frac{15}{0.20}

x=75

Therefore, the cost of Grammy's dinner was $75.
