6 bags of dog food × $9 = 54
$89 total - $54 spent on dog food = $35 spent on cat food

$35 / $8 = 4.375, but you can't have decimals for cat food bags so round down.

= 4 bags of cat food

For which of the following inequalities is x greater than or equal to 4 a solution?
telo118 [61]
Either a or b. Depends on what X equals. For example, question a.- X+3, it has to be at least 1. Answer b- 3X, has to be a little over 2. So I guess the most correct answer has to be A.
