Slavery is not an option, because all races are equal. It doesn't matter if you are blind...disabled...black, nothing matters because we are all human.<span />

I highly doubt that slavery would ever happen again, due to the constitution and the fact that all races/genders are equal.

A occurs when two powers in a conflict use substitutes instead of fighting eachother directly
skelet666 [1.2K]

A "proxy war" occurs when two powers in a conflict use substitutes instead of fighting each other directly.

A war battled between gatherings or littler nations that each speak to the interests of other bigger powers, and may have help and support from these. Since the mid twentieth century, proxy wars have most generally appeared as states expecting the part of backers to non-state intermediaries, basically utilizing them as fifth column to undermine an enemy power.

Which of the following could an historian make an argument for regarding the relationship between imperial stability (an empire
BlackZzzverrR [31]

Answer:

An empire at peace, with many colonies, has resources to support a wealthy, educated population .

Explanation:

Imperial stability, that is a power that successfully manages colonies, leads to more wealth for a nation. More wealth brings peace and stability, at the time of peace, scholars shall be at peace to gain more knowledge and hence the rise of scholarship.

A good example is the 'golden age' of the sighted Gupta empire, Chandragupta expanded his territory as an imperialist which saw his empire stabilize, with peace and wealth, this in turn led to the emergence of a number of scholars such as Kalidasa, the greatest poet of sanskrit during her time.
