Clean the trash cans with hot water and detergent and spray the inside with sanitizer. Do this at the end of the day every day and leave to dry overnight.
The MyPlate graphic is trying to show that you should have a larger portion of vegetables than fruit, but half of your diet should be vegetables and fruit.
