A goal could be LOSING WEIGHT. This goal can help physically because it takes off extra weight on your body that might be causing harm to your body. It can help mentally by helping you concentrate more and you would have more energy and motivation. It can help socially by making you feel more confident in yourself so in turn, you can get out more in the community and do more with friends and family.
