The public and private health aid brings care that responds to deadly illnesses and diseases that are easily preventable and treatable. Vaccines and medical services improves the life expectancy of a nation.

<span>Gender balance is an important factor in determining the health of a nation. Gender is an important health determinant because biological differences between men and women lead to differential health outcomes. With gender balance, biologically specific health needs will be equally accommodated.</span>

Social Isolation contribute to poor health. A deficit in normal social interaction is associated with negative health outcomes. It leads to depression, cognitive decline and sleep problems which leads to deleterious health effects. It has a clear linkage to increased cardiovascular morbidity and mortality rates, neuroendocrine and cognitive functioning problems. </span>

Any BMI between 18.5 to 24.9 is considered healthy. If she really wanted to she could lose the 7 pounds as long as she stays within the healthy BMI levels and doesn't drop any lower than 18.5 but she really doesn't need to.
