Economic system in which the factors of production are owned by the government
Hitman42 [59]

This economic system is called socialism.

Socialism is an economic system where everyone in the society equally owns the factors of production. The ownership as such is in the hands of the government that controls all means of production and distribution of goods.

The factors of production are : land, labor, capital and entrepreneurship.

In a socialistic economy, the land is owned by the state and private property is limited and difficult to obtain. Labor is heavily regulated and most people are employed in state-owned companies. Workers do not have many rights and they have to obey the government which also decides what is being produced and in which capacity ( planned economy ).

Socialism does not reward people for being entrepreneurial and competitive as competition is no existing and everybody reaps the same benefits of their work.

Nadya [2.5K]
I believe the answer is: Stage 4; eighth grade and beyond
In the stage 4 of reading stages, the Children tend to already developed the ability to understand the content of information from various perspectives.
For example, when reading a historical battle, children in previous stages would probably only see it as a battle of right versus wrong, while those in stage 4 would understand the reason why each sides have their own reason to be involved in the fight.

The Piaget's theory that explained how a preoperational children usually divert their focus on just one particular situation and shows negligence to other aspect is Centration.

 • Piaget's theory of can be Centration regarded as a theory that explains how possible is it for a child to be focused at one aspect or point which cover them from seeing wider picture.
