It stimulates the bone marrow to produce more red blood cells. This results in the rise of red blood cells which increases the oxygen - carrying capacity of the blood. Since it it regulates red blood production the major function is to 

- promote the developement of red blood cells
- Initiate the synthesis of hemoglobin, the molecule within red blood cells that transform oxygen.

Studies shows that the main apps most young people use like social media and news apps causes depressions and FOMO. if you spent at least 10 minutes without the apps that are linked to depression, anxiety and FOMO. Then that’s less time your experiencing pain emotionally

Because the documentary proved in many aspects (displaying change in weight, statistics of people eating McDonald's worldwide, etc) that McDonald's impact is ridiculously bad. It is hard for them to oppose that directly to the man in the documentary who got sick and became incredibly unhealthy from his diet on McDonald's.
