Seedless plant does not make seeds; they make spores for example ferns, liverworts, horsetails and mosses. Seed plant makes seed and reproduces like flower plant.

Land plants manly evolved on the Earth approximately eight hundred fifty million years ago. Plant-like single cell organisms are referred as main ancestors of plants. These organisms mainly consists tiny protists that are capable of performing photosynthesis as nearly all land plants perform photosynthesis. An example of photosynthetic protista is green algae.

Algae, phytoplankton, bacteria and plants, are photosynthetic in nature. They use sunlight to make sugar, which then converts into energy. They make their food by photosynthesis. Photosynthetic organisms are mainly green because they contain a chlorophyll pigment which helps in absorbing light.

He used  Pea plants to help him find the laws of inheritance. He crossed homozygous (AA) tall plants with short (aa) plants and found that all of the off spring were tall, due to the fact that tall is dominant and short is recessive. He then conducted another experiment where all the offspring mated (all offspring were heterozygous (Aa)) And produced the F1 generation and 25 percent of the plants were short (use a punnet square to see why) and 75 percent were tall.
