Will help you lose weight, muscle tissue helps burn more calories then fat tissue, building muscle is healthy for your heart, your heart is a huge giant muscle and one of the important ones so working on that will definitely improve your life, it will protect your joints and back,  more muscle power means you put less stress on your joints and bones. you  become active you get vitamins and help have a simple life mentally and physically.
