Vocational identity is particularly elusive in current times because of the effect of globalization and international human transit, that has forced young people to become multifunctional prospects, or simply choose between what is necessary for the world and what they vocationally like, then vocational identity wouldn´t help much, if what is needed is totally opposite to what they are, in other words, it would not help much if your vocational identity would take you away from the opportunities offered by the world.
