number 3 is not congruent but number 4 is because #4 is basically the same thing but you cant really multiply something to question #3 to get those answers.

Area of larger circle = 100π.
Area of smaller circle = 25π.
Ratio = 100π : 25π or 100π/25π.
(6/13)/(6/12)= (6/13)*(12/6)= 12/13
This rule for division applies to all fraction divisions
It's just asking of all the number of wings that were left behind in bucket which one is the smallest number which is 1.
