In order to calculate this you just have to do a rule of three, when 4.5 billlion is 100 meters, and we just have to calculate how many meters are 4 billion and 10,000 meters:

Now, 4.5 billions are in stadar form: 45,000,000,000 so we will use this to calculate with the rule of three of 10,000 years:
