I believe the answer is: It provides health care coverage for millions of Americans.

The plan most commonly known as the ObamaCare. Currently, this plan is losing popularity since it required people to pay high payment for a specified insurance company (even higher compared to buy an insurance plan from a private insurance company). Even a large portion of democratic voters asked for it to be repelled.

The primary reason why the 2010 Affordable Care Act stands as one of the most important domestic policy plans in recent history is because it was the first of its kind. Universal healthcare had never existed in the United States before.

A. Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty, is the correct answer.

NATO was an intergovernmental military alliance where the members agreed to defend one another in the case of an attack. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights was a 1948 declaration about what the rights human beings are entitled to. The Kyoto Protocol was a 1993 international treaty to reduce the emissions of greenhouse gases. None of these concern the disarmament and destruction of nuclear weapons.

The Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty was an international agreement to prevent the spread of nuclear weapons and promote the peaceful use of nuclear energy. This is the correct answer.

What does it mean for a country to be a “world leader”? How might a country become a world leader?

THE COUNTRY SHOULD BE GOOD ENOUGH AND SET AN EXAMPLE FOR THE OTHER COUNTRIES..

THEN THEY WILL BE LIKE A LEADER FOR THE OTHER COUNTRIES

FOR QUESTION 2

Roosevelt described his style of foreign policy as "the exercise of intelligent forethought and of decisive action sufficiently far in advance of any likely crisis." As practiced by Roosevelt, big stick diplomacy had five components. First it was essential to possess serious military capability that would force the adversary to pay close attention. At the time that meant a world-class navy. Roosevelt never had a large army at his disposal. The other qualities were to act justly toward other nations, never to bluff, to strike only when prepared to strike hard, and the willingness to allow the adversary to save face in defeat.

The idea is negotiating peacefully but also having strength in case things go wrong. Simultaneously threatening with the "big stick", or the military, ties in heavily with the idea of Realpolitik, which implies a pursuit of political power that resembles Machiavellian ideals. It is comparable to gunboat diplomacy, as used in international politics by the powers.
