Answer:

Based on my consumed and expended calories, I plan to make changes in my diet and daily activity, because I consume more calories than a need, this situation has been created an excess of body fat and worsening of my cardiovascular system. Because of these bad habits, my health is worse nowadays.

So, basically, this actual condition of excess body fat, and surely also fat excess in my bloodstream, all of those make harder to workout, because the body is not use to it, that's why an activity level change is mandatory, because in long term there are several health risk, like heart disease.

How effective in the CPR to a none breathing and no pulse patient?
Olenka [21]

Answer:

The chances are low of survival but are possible. It is effective if done properly and is in the right situation, such as: being in a hospital, having access to medications ad actual oxygen.

Explanation:

If there is no sign of breathing or pulse, begin CPR starting with compressions. If the patient definitely has a pulse but is not breathing adequately, provide ventilation without compressions. This is also called "rescue breathing." Adults: give 1 breath every 5 to 6 seconds. Reassess the pulse every 2 minutes.
