We each have a different level of health, and that level of health depends on many factors, including our lifestyles and habits.

Very big factors depend on what type of lifestyle you live, what type of work field your in, what type of environment you live in. Everything plays part in how healthy you are. For example. If you smoke, and you've been smoking for lets just say... what.. 20 years or so? Your probably not that healthy as you want to be or as healthy as your doctor wants you to be. Yes, some things we cant control that happen in our life times, such as diseases were born with. Like i said, everything plays a part.

To prevent injuries, because if you are running around and exercising, if you haven't warmed up, you could pull a muscle or injure yourself. Cool downs help calm your body down and lower your heart rate.
