Answer:

Communal lifestyle, respect for elders, conflict resolution by community elders and sanctity of life are common beliefs and values that exist in my culture.

Explanation:

Communal lifestyle: This is a practice that is greatly upheld in our culture. It is not so much a practice to live an isolated lifestyle or practice individualism. This is a norm that influences my day to day life.

Respect for elders: You are duty bound to respect elders at all time. These include greeting them and helping them in form of social services when the need arises. It is a strong belief that if you refuse to help your elders, your children and other children will do same to you when you are advanced in age and becomes an elder.

Conflict resolution by community elders: Whenever there us any form of conflict, chaos or crisis that involved two members of the community, it is the obligation of such parties to report to the community elders and not the police at first instance. Anyone found reporting issues that could be settled at the communal level to government security agencies could be fined a stipulated amount of money or possibly issued any form of punishment for negating the usual practice.

Sanctity of life: Every life is sacred and must be respected in our culture. It is unacceptable to kill, unless in the event of life or death. These are some common beliefs and values that exist in my culture

Oxana [17]

Answer: Predictive validity

Explanation: Predictive validity is important because it shows that academic performance is related to course performance, that is, course outcome indicators are valid in the assessment that later performance will be as good as the test. Predictive validity determines the extent to which a test result can predict subsequent performance in practice. For this, certain criteria are set that evaluate, say, the cognitive abilities of a particular workplace. Predictive validity is one that shows us that a candidate's performance on the test will be almost the same, if not quite the same, as the evaluation of the candidate by the boss in the workplace.
