deciding in advance who’s going to make sure everyone leaves a party together is an example of what kind of bystander interventi
LiRa [457]

When the bystander intervention approach involves giving someone the responsibility to ensure people leave a party, this is called Delegation.

Bystander Intervention refers to stepping in to solve a problematic or potentially problematic situation in order to protect someone.

There are several strategies to this including:

  • Direct intervention - the bystander actually intervenes
  • Distraction - Bystander tries to distract the parties involved
  • Delay - Bystander intervenes after the incident to see what they can do
  • Delegation - Bystander calls someone who is better able to handle the situation

The above is therefore delegation as it involves leaving the responsibility of making sure everyone leaves to a person who is better able at handling such as task to ensure that they all leave.

In conclusion, bystander intervention comes in various ways and delegation is one of them.

As we learned in the unit, basic speech is developed during the toddler years. to what extent do you think a toddler's speech is
Drupady [299]
I think a toddler’s speech is enormously impacted when they have somebody really conversing with them in person when they are more youthful children since they can perceive how the individual is articulating it and give a response as to attempting to argue, while when they are tuning in to somebody talk without having them physically there, it could be harder to get a response since they can't see the elocution of the words and could be confounded regardless of whether the individual is cheerful or mad.

Which of the following explains the behavior of normally law-abiding people who act destructively when they are part of a crowd?
Rashid [163]

Answer:

B.  deindividuation

Explanation:

deindividuation refers to a situation when people lose their self-identity when they are in the middle of a certain crowd.

Often times, when individuals gather with a crowd, the value that the individual held can be different with the value/principles that are held by the crowd. Because of this, the individual tend to feel the pressure to conform with the crowd's value in order to feel accepted. This is why the deindividuation occurs.
