<span>0.430 ml is the number of moles/molecules in 9.63 | of h2s gas. It has been proven by Einstein and many other chemists that .430 ml is the viable solution. One has to take to mind the density of the object when calculating this problem.</span>

The number of moles in 9.63 L of H₂S gas :

\large{\boxed{\bold{0.4299}}

<h3>Further explanation </h3>

Stochiometry in Chemistry studies about chemical reactions, especially on quantitative, such as the calculation of volume, mass, amount, which is related to the number of actions, molecules, elements, etc.

In chemical calculations the reactants can be determined, the amount of substances that can be expressed in units of mass, volume, moles or determine a chemical formula for example the levels of substances or hydrate molecular formulas.

Some of the laws regarding gas, can apply to ideal gas (volume expansion does not occur when the gas is heated), among others

  • Boyle's law at constant T, P = 1 / V
  • Charles's law, at constant P, V = T
  • Avogadro's law, at constant P and T, V = n

So that the three laws can be combined into a single gas equation, the ideal gas equation

<em>In general, the gas equation can be written </em>

\large {\boxed {\bold {PV = nRT}}}

where

P = pressure, atm

V = volume, liter

n = number of moles

R = gas constant = 0.082 L.atm / mole.K

T = temperature, Kelvin

The volume per mole of a gas is called the molar volume

\large {\boxed {\bold {V=n\times\: Vm}}

V = volume of gas, liters

n = mole

Vm = molar volume (liters / mole)

Molar volume depends on conditions:

  • <em>1. Standard Conditions </em>

Conditions at T 0 ° C and P 1 atm are stated by STP (Standard Temperature and Pressure).

If we input  P = 1 atm and T = 0 C + 273 K

then the volume for every 1 mole of gas:

\displaystyle 1\:atm.V=1\:mole\times 0.082 \frac{L.atm}{mole.K}\times 273\:K

\boxed{\bold{V=22.4\:L}}

So, at STP, Vm is 22.4 liters / mole gas

  • <em>2. Room Condition </em>

Conditions at T 25 ° C and P 1 atm are stated by RTP (Room Temperature and Pressure). Vm in this condition = 24.4 liters / mol e

Given:

9.63 L of H₂S gas

The number of moles at STP :

\displaystyle mole=n=\frac{V}{Vm}\\\\n=\frac{9.63\:L}{22.4\:L}\\\\n=0.4299\:moles

Calculate the mass percent of copper in cus, copper(ii) sulfide. if you wish to obtain 10.0g of copper metal from copper(ii) sul
Aleksandr [31]
Using the relative atomic weights of both copper and sulfur ie copper = 63.55 and sulfur is 32.06 so 63.55+32.06=95.56 total mass and so of this, copper = 63.55/95.56=66.4%. So to get 10 grams of copper, use the formula 10g=66.4%xCuS so CuS=10/0.664=15.06 grams of CuS.

DIRECTION: Supply the missing information about the scientist listed in the graphic
e-lub [12.9K]

Answer:

The missing information or their role in the discovery of the cell is as follows:

Robert Hooke: He was the first scientist to called cells to tiny box-like cavities he saw in cork and illustrated as cells.

A. Leeuwenhoek: he was a microscopist and microbiologist who used microscopes and observed many other living cells. He called animalcules to these single-cell living organisms later used to prove that cells are the fundamental unit of life.

Schwann and Schleiden:  They presented the theory that suggested that the cells are basic building blocks of all living things.

Virchow: He observed that the cell dividing and come from pre-existing cells.

1. Which of the following is a combination reaction?
DaniilM [7]

Answer:

The answer to your question is: letter A

Explanation:

A combination reaction is when there are two reactants that gives only one product.

a. 2SO2 + O2—> 2SO3                          This is a combination reaction,

                                                               2 reactants gives one product.

b. Zn + Cu(NO3)2–>Zn(NO3)2 + Cu     This is not a combination reaction,

                                                                it's a single replacement reaction.

c. 2H2O2–> 2H2O+O2                          This is a decomposition reaction

d. AgNO3 + NaCl → AgCl+NaNO3        THis is a double replacement reaction.

you are given a solution of lead nitrate. use any of the solution used in this experiment to form a white precipitate of lead ch
Vesnalui [34]

We have as a reagent a salt, lead nitrate (Pb(NO3)2), and an unknown solution that gives us as a product lead chloride (PbCl2). That is, the solution must contain chlorine.

If a chlorine solution is used we will have the following reaction:

Pb(NO_{3)2}+2Cl^-\rightarrow PbCl_2+2NO^-_3

So, with a chlorine solution, we will have a white precipitate of lead chloride.
