His argument about <span> individual's conscience is the highest good would be the one that i almost agree with because it generally determine the moral value of society as a whole.  I do not agree about his argument that Government is pretty much unecessary because we need the Government to prevent potential injustices among citizens.</span>

Education is really high-regarded because it could lead to the both social and economic aspect of society in the future.
for example , Denying education would make children unable to pursue various type of careers which could resulted in a shortage of high-skilled labor for future economy.

This of course,  according to the Pluralist theory which states that decision making lies in the framework of the government but that many non-governmental organizations have a lot of influence over the government.  These groups balance each other out and they together represent the will of society.
