It is to the south of the arctic circle and the north of Antarctica. The arctic circle is at the top of the globe, like Greenland. Anartica is at the bottom of the globe, beneath Australia.

"C" is the correct answer.

It is not west of Europe, so that's out. It is not west of the Mediterranean, and it isn't east of the Americas, that would be more like Europe.

I hope this helps!

What doctrine is credited with having planted a seed that mass education should teach literacy to every common person?
Llana [10]

Puritanism  is credited with having planted a seed that mass education should teach literacy to every common person.

The Puritans were English Protestants who led a religious reform movement in the 16th and 17th centuries to cleanse the Church of England from the vestiges of Roman Catholic practices.

A fundamental doctrine of the Puritans was that literacy should reach every common person. For this, they promoted mass education.

This was based on their belief that all persons should have the ability to read and interpret the Bible for themselves. This would allow people to abide closely with Biblical teachings

The Puritans of colonial New England sought to attain universal literacy. In 1642, Massachusetts made it incumbent on the householder to impart literacy to his wife, children and servants
