 <span>health related fitness: at least 30 minutes to an hour of cardio (walking, running, gardening, ect.) daily to maintain your weight and stay healthy. 
skill related fitness: weight training. (lifting weights, ect) to tone your muscles. Benefits are that you most likely will look better, but it's not neccessary</span>
