In his famous "Letter from Birmingham Jail," Marin Luther King outlined his notion that people had a responsibility to defy the law and take immediate and direct action against immoral and unjust laws, especially when those laws were racist.  King's letter served, ultimately, to explain the notion of non-violent resistance to laws and rules which were unjust.

All of them established a centralized government.  They eliminated the competition either by a hostage system or reducing nobles power.  Each of them controlled the landowners and religion. They made changes to the capitals, whether it was moving it to a different city or by building a palace.
