Modern civilized societies took conflicts with the innovative ideas of developing a set of rules that would govern societal behavior and it would punish anyone who behaved outside of the rules. There are many ways to resolve conflicts in daily life and the two most common are either to avoid the conflict in which one starts to pretend that the conflict does not exist or to confront the situation which means one is ready to do anything to overcome the issue.
