1- let go of some/all of you equipment. Your trying to save yourself not your gear. Let go of your gear, gear tends to be heavy and could cause more problems. You want to be as light as possible.

2- Hold onto something sturdy/ put. Hold on to a tree and wrap your hands around it. (however keep in mind that avalanches do pull trees and rocks apart, this is most useful for a small avalanche)

3- If you do get buried in snow build a little pocket to breath. This will help so you do not get suffocated.

hope it helps

Answer: Remembering a fact or principle would involve using the semantic memory

Explanation: The semantic memory is along term memory and has no limitation. You can recollect information through integration of the previous material with the new material.

Semantic memory is one of the kinds of explicit memories that humans exhibit. It all the information and experiences that we would have gathered throughout our lives such as facts, principles, meanings, concepts etc.

It is a memory that we can recreate at any point of our lives without much trouble. Semantic memory is about how we link those ideas and concepts when you want to recollect them and narrate them.
