Oscar Romero created transparency and let his big following of Salvadorans know all the atrocities which were taking place and trying to be covered up. His methods were to speak out about the injustices of poverty, social injustice, assassinations and torture and to educate people about it, to let the citizens of El Salvador to have further knowledge of the horrific events taking place.
