Federalists wanted a strong federal government. But the Anti-federalists thought if the power was too concentrated to the national government, it would take away the power of the state and the position of the presidency would become a monarchy.

A cause of WW2 in Europe would be the fall of France. I choose this reason because when France became occupied by the Germans ( Nazis ) France looked for help from its main allies ( Britan and U.S ). Britan quickly became involved in the war. Other countries that were also allies with Britan soon joined in the war.
