The main difference is that quotas restrict quantity while tariff works through prices

Well for the very last sentence it would be if any of the organs shut down it could seriously hurt someone or possibly even kill them if their brain,heart or some other important organ shuts down it could kill them.
There are other minor organs where if it shuts down it wouldn't really hurt the person too much. Sorry I couldn't help you with the other ones though.

Explanation:

The fallen tree would have let in more sunlight as it was blocking sunlight from getting in most of the time. Since the tree fell more sunlight will be able to get in. The only problem would the fact that there will be less space depending on the size of the tree and how it fell over.
