It is important to implement a plan when modifying lifestyle behaviors for the following reasons. First, it helps a person attain
his/her envisioned goal and planning provides strategies that address a problem.
Second, it requires a person to identify personal barriers so it will not
hinder to his/her plan.<span> Lastly, it influences advocacy of change to other people who
also want to modify their lifestyle behaviors.</span>

As a pre medical student, I have prepared for my upper class, by setting out financial strategies and academical studies plan, that will help me to study hard and also have enough money for my studies.
In my financial plans, I have set a plan for scholarship exams, and also borrowing from financial institute if I didn't get any scholarships, to pay back when I get a job after studies. For the academic studies, I have scheduled to be studying at least 8 hours daily, and to minimize all social activities, as it will be a distraction to my studying time.

Frequency is so important in health and fitness. It plays a big role.
Frequency means how many times you exercise. For example; A person will lift weights and do 5 reps with 3 sets, so 15 reps in total, the frequency is the reps and how much you do. Or you can say you ran 3 times a week, the frequency is 3, for three times ran this week.
Without frequency, people would become unfit and only do 5 reps a week. Sure it might sustain your health but not for long.
Frequency is also one of the 4 ways to stay healthy and describe your workouts. The other 3 are Intensity, time and type. "F.I.T.T"
