I'd say the best action to improve your health would be to frequently exercise, and eat healthy foods.

I believe it would be C. Cracking a rib.
Because
- CPR doesn't involve the arms
- Headaches can happen at any age 
- Not finding a pulse can happen with any person
- Cracking a rib would make the most sense to me due to that bone mass or density decreases as a person ages, the bones lose calcium and minerals causing them to deteriorate and become more brittle, which may result in them becoming easily breakable.
This is only my guess though, so don't take my word for it.

  • Family - can either have a positive or negative influence depending on whether or not the family members abuse drugs
  • Societal/Cultural norms - has a positive influence as the society is against it
  • Positive role models - has a positive influence by teaching good values

Therefore, positive influences such as laws, societal norms, and positive role models help to stop drug abuse whereas negative influences like peers encourage drug abuse.
