I'm assuming you mean the whole expression is squared?

Remember your order of operations.
PEMDAS- parentheses, exponents, multiplication, division, addition, subtraction. Work inside the parentheses first. Within the parentheses, multiply before dividing.

=(6×2900÷3)^2
multiply first within parentheses

=(17,400÷3)^2
divide next

=(5,800)^2
square (or multiply 5800 by itself)

=5800 * 5800

=33,640,000

ANSWER: 33,640,000 is the answer because according to the order of operations (PEMDAS), we work inside the parentheses first. Within the parentheses we multiply first and then divide. Finally we square that answer.

Hope this helps! :)

Biochemistry lab is worth 25% of your total MCB 2000 course grade. Of that 25%, the weekly laboratory reports account for 45%. F
Oksi-84 [34.3K]

Answer: 1%

Step-by-step explanation: Total 2,000

BioChem Lab: 25% of total = 25% . 2000 = 500

LabRep: 45% of Lab = 45% . 500 = 225

There will be 9 LabRep: 225/9 = 25

Participation: 10% of LabRep = 10% . 25 = 2.5

Actual LabRep: 90% of LabRep = 90% . 25 = 22.5

So, each lab report is worth 22.5 of 2000 = 2.5/2000 = 0.01125 = 1.125%
