nikklg [1K]

Answer:

<h2><u />\frac{20}{R}-\frac{20}{S}</h2>

<u />

Step-by-step explanation:

Ok, let's pretend that R is 5 and S is 10

That means that Sophie spent 2 hours while Rana spent 4 which means to find the difference you have to subtract. Back to the real problem, we see that we are given R and S not numbers, but variables; as a result, we show the operation then subtract.

Hope this helped my dude.

Solve. 3x + 3 &lt; 93- 6
AlladinOne [14]

Well this is easy.

We have linear inequality,

3x+3 < 93 -6

Simplifying this a bit to get,

3x < 84

Divide by 3 (both sides),

x < 28

Or with interval notation, x\in (-\infty, 28).

Hope this helps. :)

Is the equations of quadratic number pattern will always have real roots
algol [13]
No, not at all.

The general quadratic equation is

                         Ax² + Bx + C = 0 .

The roots are real only if  (B² - 4AC) is not negative.

That means if you graph it, it touches or crosses the x-axis.

If the graph is up in the air and never touches the x-axis,
then it has no real roots.
