I dont have bad anxiety but stress is what causes it (for me anyways) when i have anxiety attacks i try to remain calm and take deep breathes and i try to stay happy and shrug it off. my anxiety isnt bad enough to harm myself me personally i know im better then to do that to myself and i know this is cheesy but things really do get better, we can all get through everything
