Answer: A naval blockade is when a navy sets up a line of ships to not let something past. The most prominent Naval blockade in american history was during the Cuban Missile Crisis. where the Soviet Union was sending nuclear missiles to Cuba capable of hitting North America and JFK set up a naval blockade to not let the ships sending missiles through
